Melissa has been developing brands like lululemon, Bowers & Wilkins and Sephora for 20+ years, turning data into resonant narratives grounded in human insight. Unilever President of Personal Care & Beauty Sunny Jain called her brand book for Tatcha: "the best I've ever seen."

Her journalism has been featured in Denver Business Journal, SF Weekly, Newcity, the journal for the American Dietetic Association and award-winning documentary The Promised Band.

In her other life, Melissa is an NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) coach and consultant for personal growth and wellness programs. She is bilingual in French and English with dual citizenship in the US and EU. Her first love is writing.
